Kids Camp - Parents & Fundraising
In the bustling world of modern parenting, it is easy to get caught up in the daily routine of school, homework, and extracurricular activities. But amidst the hustle and bustle, there lies a transformative experience that has the power to shape our children’s lives in profound ways: kids camp.
Camp changes lives! It is a simple statement, yet it holds immense truth. Beyond the fun and games, beyond the s’mores around the campfire and the laughter echoing through the woods, lies a deeper, spiritual journey that can impact a child’s life for years.
At kids camp, children are immersed in an environment that fosters faith, love, and community. Surrounded by peers and mentors who share their beliefs, with all distractions stripped away, they can deepen their understanding of God and who they are in Christ. Through morning and evening services, worship, small groups, and time at the altar, they develop a stronger spiritual foundation to guide them through life’s challenges.
PARENTS:
We all have those parents who are on the fence about sending their kids to camp. They just don’t know what to expect because they have never experienced camp themselves. They do not understand the impact camp will have on their child’s life.
How do we help them understand, sending their kids to camp will change their kid’s lives forever?
You do just that! You explain to them how camp will change their kids’ lives for years. You give them stories of your own life or even kids in your ministry who came back from camp transformed.
FUNDRAISING:
So, how do we get our kids to camp once we have talked the parents off the ledge? In the video above, I explain two simple ways I explain to help get your kids to camp. We never want children to miss out on what God will do in their lives at camp because they can’t afford to attend.
