The church and home can help kids have strong faith when they work together and have the same goals for the child's spiritual growth. If everyone did this, it would be very powerful. What if all churches and homes helped every kid in children's ministry learn eight things before they move on to youth ministry?
This is a healthy approach to creating lifelong followers of Christ. In other churches, leaders see the need for goals but don’t know where to begin. Regardless of where your church lands on the process of creating goals or outcomes, these goals may help shape perspectives for some and give a starting point for others.
